Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine - Winter Park

Yo. Bosphorous is a SPOT. This place was awesome. The food, the service, the atmosphere. All fantastic. Andrew was our server, and he rocks. He was super knowledgeable about the menu and made tons of recommendations, which we decided to follow, and I'm glad we did. Everything was freakin delicious. He's also super friendly and very attentive. Andrew, if you see this, you rock dude. We tried some of a special Turkish red wine they had available, of which they are supposedly the only location in the United States that offers it. It was damn good. I personally am a beer guy, so I went with a Turkish beer instead, and loved it. The food here is CRAZY good. I inhaled my plate. Food also comes out in good times, doesn't take too long. I wish I could remember what everything was called but im terrible with remembering some of the more traditional names Dessert was delicious. We had a Turkish dessert that was some kind of filo dough with cheese and pistachio and maybe some kind of honey maybe? It was GOOD! I ended the evening with a Turkish coffee that was strong and very flavorful, served with sugar cubes. This places is awesome. I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu.

This was such an incredible dining experience from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were attentive, kind, and made sure everything felt effortless. The food was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the lamb, and the meat was so tender it practically melted off the bone with every bite. The flavors were deep, rich, and unlike anything I have ever had before. For an appetizer, I chose a cheese filled fried tortilla that was perfectly crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. It was so satisfying that I could have easily made a meal of it alone. The drinks were another highlight of the evening, and with half off specials, it felt like an amazing value on top of an already wonderful meal. Everything came together perfectly, from the service to the flavors to the atmosphere, and I left already excited to return and explore more of the menu.

Our family of 14 enjoyed dinner here! Friendly and helpful staff were one highlight (shoutout Tanner and Drew!) but of course the star of the show was the delicious food! Since living in the greater Mediterranean and middle eastern region, I have high standards for this region’s food, especially in the US. It was all flavorful and the perfectly seasoned and marinated meats were amazing. The hummus and baba ghanoush is still making my mouth water hours later! And for dessert- probably the best knafeh I’ve had in the US. I hope to come back to eat here again!

I haven’t been back to this place in almost 9 years since I moved out of this area and I am so glad to be back, and this time I brought my boyfriend and it was his first time. We both had an amazing experience and our server, James, was so awesome! Very knowledgeable about their food items and gave great suggestions. My favorite was the kunefe! Definitely will come back and hoping it won’t take 9 years before we could again.

We had a lovely experience on such a beautiful afternoon. Our server, Matthew, tended to our every need and made our first time at Bosphorous unforgettable. Our meal was spectacular and the Bosphorous sav blanc was surprisingly a delightful wine! We can’t wait to return!

had an amazing experience at Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine – Winter Park. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and beautifully authentic, but what made the night truly special was our server, Gustavo Alejandro Pisani. He gave me and my date a genuine Turkish dining experience — from explaining the dishes with passion to recommending flavors we never would’ve tried on our own. The food was incredible, the presentation was beautiful, and Gustavo’s service was thoughtful, attentive, and welcoming the entire evening. If you come here, ask for Gustavo. He made the night unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning!

This place was a really great experience overall. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. I love different ethnic foods and trying new things. The music and atmosphere were great. The only downside was just how expensive everything was for what you get. If you don’t mind spending more this is a great place to visit. The bread is a must try! I had the stuffed cabbage and it was delicious. Thanks for a great time!

Up until I ate here, my favorite Turkish place was a little family owned restaurant in West New York, NJ. This place has the atmosphere and charm of a small place, but the food is significantly elevated. We started with the Red Lentil Soup, one of my favorites, and it was simply the best I've ever has. And, it just got better from there. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. And topped it all off with Turkish coffee - simply delicious. The service was also exceptional - very attentive without being intrusive. The prices were surprisingly low for such a nice place. We will definitely be coming back.
